These stuffed buns are simply wonderful — so easy to make that in just 10 minutes you’ll have a delicious treat ready to enjoy. 

Since I learned this recipe, I never wasted time making complicated pies again ! 

Every bite is soft, creamy and full of flavor. Prepare to fall in love!

Ingredients:

    • 200 ml warm milk
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • 1 teaspoon instant dry yeast
    • 400 g wheat flour
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 200 g grated mozzarella cheese (or another cheese of your choice)
  • 1 egg

Preparation method:

In a bowl, mix the warm milk, sugar, salt and dry yeast until everything is well dissolved.

Sift the flour over the mixture and, using a spatula, begin to incorporate the ingredients. Then, knead with your hands until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

Add the vegetable oil and continue kneading until a smooth ball of dough forms.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rest in a warm place for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add the egg and mix well to form the filling.

After resting, quickly knead the dough and divide it into 10 equal portions. Roll each portion into small discs.

Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each disc, close the edges well and shape the pastries .

Moisten your hands with water and flatten each pastry slightly.

In a frying pan with vegetable oil , fry the pastries over medium heat until golden on both sides and crispy.
