Garlic Butter Lobster Tail & Scallops

Ingredients
2 lobster tails (about 6 oz each), butterflied
1 lb sea scallops, patted dry
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
Prep the Lobster
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Butterfly lobster tails by cutting through the top shell and gently pulling the meat up to rest on top.
Garlic Butter Mix
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, paprika, and lemon juice. Brush generously over lobster tails.
Bake Lobster
Arrange tails on a baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes, until meat is opaque and tender.
Sear the Scallops
Season scallops with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear scallops 2–3 minutes per side, until golden.
Finish with Garlic Butter
Drizzle remaining garlic butter over scallops, cooking 1 extra minute for maximum flavor.
Serve & Garnish
Plate lobster tails and scallops together. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
