Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 100g unsweetened grated coconut

Preparation method:

In a bowl, crack the egg and mix well with a fork or whisk until smooth.

Gradually add the grated coconut, stirring constantly until you obtain a consistent, moldable dough.

You may need to adjust the amount slightly depending on the size of the egg.

Then, shape the cookies, using a mold to make them very round or simply make balls with your hands and flatten them slightly.
