Ingredients:

    • 3 English potatoes (small potatoes)
    • 100 g grated mozzarella
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 5 tablespoons potato starch
    • Chopped parsley to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Preparation method:

Wash the potatoes well, peel them, and cut them into small pieces. Cook them in salted water for about 15 minutes, until tender but firm.

Drain the water and mash the potatoes with a fork or pass them through a sieve until they form a smooth, lump-free puree.

In a bowl, combine the puree with the chopped parsley, grated mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and potato starch. Stir until smooth and firm.
