These oatmeal, banana, and cocoa cookies are the perfect solution for you!

Ingredients:

    • 1 cup rolled oats
    • 1 banana
  • 80 g of walnuts or peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 150 ml of water

Preparation method:

Place the oat flakes and walnuts (or peanuts) in a blender or food processor.

Grind well until you get a fine flour and transfer to a bowl.

Mix the cocoa into the flour and stir until well combined.

Then add the vanilla sugar and continue stirring to distribute the sugar evenly.

Add the sesame seeds and combine until smooth. Set this mixture aside.

Mash the banana with a fork until it forms a puree and add it to the dry mixture, stirring until the ingredients are well incorporated.

Gradually pour water into the mixture and continue stirring until you get a dough that is soft and consistent.

Separate small portions of the dough and shape them into balls.

Distribute them on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing the balls apart and pressing them lightly to flatten them.

Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for approximately 30 minutes.

After baking time, remove the cookies and let them cool a little.

If desired, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
