Vanilla Ice Cream with Chocolate Chips
Ingredients
- 250Â ml of whole milk
- 150 g of sugar
- 1Â tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 500Â ml of heavy cream (whipping cream)
- 100g of chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Instructions
- Mix the milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until dissolved
- Add the cold cream and mix gently.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours.
- Freeze and beat every 30-45 min for 3 hours (or use an ice cream maker).
- Add the chocolate chips at the end of the process and freeze completely.
- Let it rest for a few minutes outside the freezer before serving.
Notes
- Use cold ingredients for a better texture.
- Chopped chocolate can be substituted for the sprinkles
- You can add nuts or chopped fruit to taste.
