Ingredients:
-
- 70 g wheat flour
- 60 g sugar
- 2 eggs (separate the whites from the yolks)
- Vanilla sugar (to taste)
- A pinch of salt
- Icing sugar (for sprinkling)
Preparation method:
Start by beating the egg whites with a pinch of salt in a mixer until they form a light foam.
Add the vanilla sugar and, little by little, the regular sugar, beating well until stiff peaks form. Add the egg yolks and mix gently.
Add the wheat flour, stirring carefully to keep the dough light.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden.
