Ingredients:

    • 3 eggs
    • 1 ½ cup (tea) of sugar
    • ½ cup (tea) of oil
    • 1 cup (tea) of warm milk
    • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
    • ½ cup (tea) of grated coconut
    • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder (Royal type)

Coverage:

  • ½ can of condensed milk
  • 150 g chopped guava paste
  • ½ cup (tea) of grated coconut for sprinkling

    Preparation method:

In a blender, place the eggs, sugar, oil, salt, vanilla essence and warm milk. Blend for about 2 minutes, until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Add the wheat flour and beat again until everything is well mixed.

Add half a cup of shredded coconut and baking powder. Beat quickly, just to incorporate the ingredients.

Grease a pan with butter, margarine or oil and sprinkle with wheat flour. Pour the dough into the pan, spreading it out evenly.

Spread the chopped guava paste over the dough. Sprinkle grated coconut on top, to taste.

Finish with drizzles of condensed milk on top of the dough, also to taste.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and passes the toothpick test.

After baking, remove from the oven and, if desired, finish with more condensed milk and grated coconut to decorate.
