- 1 kg of beef
- 200g of ham
- 150g of cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the chopped ham, cheese, eggs, onion, and garlic.
- Add salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a roll and wrap it in aluminum foil.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven, remove the foil and brown for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into portions.

- Vegetables can be added to the filling according to preference.
- Serve with a sauce of your choice for an extra touch of flavor.
