Ingredients
For the Noodles and Protein:
8 oz noodles (spaghetti, udon, or rice noodles)
8 oz steak, thinly sliced
8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
For the Sauce:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
For Stir-Frying:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
Cook the Noodles:
Prepare the noodles according to package instructions.
Drain and set them aside.
Prepare the Teriyaki Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together:
Soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce
Sesame oil, sugar, garlic powder, and ginger powder
Set aside for later use.
Cook the Steak:
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the thinly sliced steak and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
Remove the shrimp and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet.
Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Combine Everything:
Return the steak, shrimp, and noodles to the skillet.
Pour in the prepared teriyaki sauce.
Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
Final Touch:
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
