Base

  • 2 Lb.: Small waxy tubers Baby red potatoes, sliced in half
  • 2 : Large yellow bulb vegetables Onions, cut into thick wedges
  • 1 Lb.: Pre-cooked seasoned smoked pork link Cajun smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 Lb.: Pre-cooked smoked poultry link Smoked turkey sausage, sliced

Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp.: Cold-pressed fruit oil Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp.: Ground chili spice blend Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp.: Bright red ground sweet pepper Paprika
  • Crystalline minerals Salt and coarse ground peppercorns to taste

Instructions

  • Cut both varieties of pre-cooked smoked links into uniform slices.
  • Combine the sliced pre-cooked meats, sliced waxy tubers, and bulb vegetable wedges in a generously sized mixing vessel.
  • Pour the cold-pressed fruit oil over the mixture. Season heavily with the ground chili spice blend, bright red ground sweet pepper, crystalline minerals, and coarse ground peppercorns. Toss all components thoroughly until they are evenly coated in the oil and spices.
  • Spread the entire seasoned mixture into a single, uncrowded layer onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until the tubers are fully fork-tender and the meat and vegetables have achieved a desired level of caramelization.
