½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk (or almond milk)
½ small apple, finely chopped
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1–2 tbsp water (if needed)

1. Prepare the mug

2. Mix ingredients
Add into the mug:

Milk
Chopped apple
Cinnamon
Vanilla
Salt
Stir well so everything is combined.
3. Microwave
Heat for 1½–2 minutes.
If it looks too thick, add 1–2 tbsp water or milk.
4. Let it thicken
