Flourless skillet bread

This bread, in addition to being a delicious alternative, offers several health benefits, standing out for its soft texture and versatility in cooking.

Ingredients:

    • 3 eggs
    • 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
    • Salt to taste
    • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (100 g) cornstarch (maizena)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder for cake (Royal)

Preparation method:

Start by beating the eggs well. Season with salt to taste, add the cream cheese, and beat a little more. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing well. 

Then add the cornstarch and mix again. Add the yeast and fold gently.

Pour the batter into a greased and preheated frying pan (preferably non-stick) and cook over low heat.
