Ingredients:

    • 3 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 and a half teaspoons of salt
  • 10 g (1 envelope) of dry biological yeast
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Preparation method:

In a container (bowl or basin), place the wheat flour, sugar, salt, mix and set aside.

Then, dissolve the dry yeast in warm water until it forms foam.

Make a well in the dry ingredients, pour in the yeast and water mixture, add the apple cider vinegar and knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough.

Cover the bowl and let the dough rest until it doubles in size. 

Shape the dough, place it in a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes until golden.
