Made only with chia and water, it is low carb, gluten-free, lactose-free, rich in fiber, protein and healthy fats.

Ideal for those who are in the process of re-educating their diet, looking to lose weight or following a low-carb diet.

The dough is versatile and neutral, allowing for sweet or savory fillings.

Furthermore, chia promotes satiety for longer and promotes intestinal health, making it an excellent ally in your daily life.

You can also customize it with natural seasonings or different fillings, creating different versions of the same base, always quick and nutritious.

Ingredients:

  • 180g of chia)
  • 220 ml boiling water

Preparation method:

Grind the chia in a blender until you obtain a fine flour (avoid beating too much to avoid forming a paste).

Mix with boiling water and wait about 15 minutes, until the chia absorbs the liquid and forms a consistent mass.

Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper with a rolling pin until it reaches the desired thickness.

Cut into the shape you prefer (circles, squares, etc.).

Heat a nonstick skillet over low heat and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until opaque and firm.

Serve with your favorite filling: fruits, vegetable creams, spreads, scrambled eggs, or whatever your creativity dictates!

Tip: Store the hydrated mixture in a closed jar in the refrigerator to use throughout the week. This way, you save time and keep the nutrients intact.

Enjoy!
