Ingredients:
- 1 liter of whole or pasteurized milk
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100 g chopped walnuts
Accompanying sauce (optional):
- Grated ginger to taste
- Honey to taste
Preparation method:
Place the milk in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until it boils.
In a bowl, add the eggs, cream and salt. Mix well until you get a smooth cream.
Then pour this mixture into the boiling milk, add the chopped walnuts, stir well and let it boil/cook for 2 minutes.
After this time, you will notice that the milk has curdled and small lumps have formed.
Line a sieve with a clean cloth, free of the smell of cleaning products, and strain the mixture, discarding the liquid.
