Green Olive Dip
Ingredients:
• 1 cup green olives (pitted and finely chopped)
• ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper (optional, for color)
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
• Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Chop the olives:
Finely chop the green olives (or pulse them in a food processor for a few seconds).
2. Mix base:
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream (or yogurt), and olive oil. Beat until smooth and creamy.
3. Add flavor:
Stir in minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped olives, bell pepper, and parsley.
4. Season:
Add a little salt and black pepper to taste. (Be careful — olives are already salty.)
5. Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors blend.
