📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or off)

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color and mild flavor)

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.

  2. Prepare shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.

  3. Mix coating: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.

  4. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle Parmesan evenly over the top of the shrimp.

  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque and the Parmesan is lightly golden. If you want a crispier top, broil for an extra 1–2 minutes at the end.

  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

🍽️ Serving Suggestions:

  • Over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes

  • With crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter

  • As a low-carb dish with roasted veggies or salad
