Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

 

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 biscuits
  • ¾ lb 340 g ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon ketchup or burger sauce for filling

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch circle.
  • Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cooked beef into the center of each dough round. Add a pinch of mozzarella and Parmesan, plus a little ketchup or burger sauce if using.
  • Pull the dough edges up around the filling and pinch firmly to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, parsley, and Italian seasoning. Brush the tops of each dough ball generously.
  • Bake for 14–16 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan if desired.
