Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
Succulent lobster tails brushed with rich garlic butter, baked to tender perfection, and finished with a squeeze of lemon. Restaurant-worthy indulgence made easy at home — perfect for date nights or special dinners!
Ingredients
4 lobster tails
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Prep Lobster Tails – Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Slice down the top of each lobster shell with kitchen shears, stopping at the base. Gently lift meat to rest atop the shell.
Make Garlic Butter – Whisk melted butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Brush & Bake – Place tails on a baking sheet. Brush generously with garlic butter. Bake 10–12 mins until opaque. For extra char, broil 2–3 mins.
Serve – Garnish with parsley, add lemon wedges, and serve with extra garlic butter.
Tips:
Sprinkle paprika or chili flakes before baking for extra flavor.
Serve alongside roasted veggies, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
Watch closely while broiling to avoid overcooking.
