Easy Stuffing Balls with Gravy
Ingredients (Makes 12 balls):

4 cups stuffing mix (boxed or homemade)

1 ½ cups chicken broth

2 eggs

1 cup celery, finely chopped

1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)

2 tbsp butter
-
Salt & pepper to taste

Gravy (store-bought or homemade) for drizzling
Instructions:

Sauté veggies:

In a pan, melt butter. Sauté celery (and onion if using) until soft.

Mix stuffing:

In a bowl, combine stuffing mix, sautéed veggies, broth, eggs, salt & pepper.

Let sit 5–10 mins until mixture is moist but holds shape. Add a bit more broth if dry.

Shape & bake:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Form into balls (golf-ball size) and place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.

Serve:

Drizzle with warm gravy and enjoy!
