Easy Stuffing Balls with Gravy
Ingredients (Makes 12 balls):
- 4 cups stuffing mix (boxed or homemade)
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Gravy (store-bought or homemade) for drizzling
Instructions:
- Sauté veggies:
- In a pan, melt butter. Sauté celery (and onion if using) until soft.
- Mix stuffing:
- In a bowl, combine stuffing mix, sautéed veggies, broth, eggs, salt & pepper.
- Let sit 5–10 mins until mixture is moist but holds shape. Add a bit more broth if dry.
- Shape & bake:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Form into balls (golf-ball size) and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve:
- Drizzle with warm gravy and enjoy!
