Easy Stuffing Balls with Gravy

Ingredients (Makes 12 balls):
  • 4 cups stuffing mix (boxed or homemade)
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Gravy (store-bought or homemade) for drizzling
Instructions:
  • Sauté veggies:
  • In a pan, melt butter. Sauté celery (and onion if using) until soft.
  • Mix stuffing:
  • In a bowl, combine stuffing mix, sautéed veggies, broth, eggs, salt & pepper.
  • Let sit 5–10 mins until mixture is moist but holds shape. Add a bit more broth if dry.
  • Shape & bake:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Form into balls (golf-ball size) and place on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve:
  • Drizzle with warm gravy and enjoy!
