- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 cup of strawberries, halved
- 1 cup of mixed fruit (optional)
- ½ cup of condensed milk
- ½ cup of cream or yogurt
- Wash and cut all the fruit as indicated.
- Mix the condensed milk with the cream or yogurt until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- In a large bowl, place all the chopped fruit.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the fruit and stir gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Add a little lemon juice to prevent the fruit from oxidizing.
- Use firm fruits to maintain the texture.
- Try using Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
