🧾 Ingredients:

IngredientQuantity
Frozen puff pastry sheets1 package
Brie cheese, sliced into small cubes1 wheel

(You can use homemade or store-bought cranberry sauce — both work beautifully!)

👩‍🍳 How To Make Cranberry Brie Bites:

🔥 Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

🧈 Step 2: Prepare the Puff Pastry

  • Roll out thawed puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.

  • Cut into approximately 2-inch squares using a knife or pizza cutter.

🧀 Step 3: Assemble the Bites

  • Place a small cube of brie in the center of each pastry square.

  • Top with 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.

🥐 Step 4: Fold and Seal

  • Gently fold the corners of each pastry over the filling and press lightly to seal.

  • Arrange the bites on your prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.

⏲️ Step 5: Bake

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.

🥰 Step 6: Cool & Serve

  • Let the bites cool slightly before serving — the melted brie will be hot!

  • Serve warm for the best texture and flavor.

💡 Tips & Variations:

  • Add a sprinkle of chopped pecans or walnuts on top before baking for crunch.

  • Brush pastry with a beaten egg for an extra glossy finish.

  • Try fig jam, apricot preserves, or raspberry sauce instead of cranberry for fun flavor twists.

  • Make ahead: Assemble and refrigerate unbaked bites for up to 24 hours, then bake fresh when ready to serve.

  1. I believe that avoiding processed foods could be the first step to lose weight. They could taste great, but refined foods have very little vitamins and minerals, making you feed on more in order to have enough power to get throughout the day. If you are constantly having these foods, transferring to whole grain products and other complex carbohydrates will let you have more vitality while feeding on less. Great blog post.
