Preparation
- In a blender or food processor, combine the dates, walnuts, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, and coconut oil.
- Blend everything together until it forms a sticky mixture.
- Press the mixture firmly into a small pan lined with parchment paper.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator and let it chill until the bars are firm, about 1-2 hours.
- Once set, remove from the pan and cut into bars.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. You can freeze these bars for up to three months. Try adding a pinch of sea salt or vanilla extract for extra flavor.
