Preparation
- Bring the water to a boil in a small pot.
- Add the whole cloves to the boiling water.
- If using ginger or cinnamon, add them now.
- Cover the pot and let the mixture steep for 10-12 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup to remove the cloves and any ginger or cinnamon.
- Stir in raw honey if desired.
- Enjoy your clove tea warm!
Notes
Adjust steeping time for strength preference. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon or lemon slice for a twist. Pair with cookies or fresh fruit for an afternoon treat.
