Chocolate Cake Batter
150 g butter, softened

300 g sugar
3 eggs
150 ml vegetable oil
330 g all-purpose flour
270 ml kefir
1 tbsp cocoa powder

Cream Cheese Filling
300 g cream cheese, softened
1 egg
70 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Glaze
120 g dark chocolate
60 ml heavy cream or milk
1 tbsp butter

1οΈβ£ Prepare the Cake Batter
Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F). Grease or line a 22Γ30 cm baking pan.
In a bowl, beat butter, sugar, and salt until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Mix in vegetable oil and vanilla.
In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Add dry ingredients to the batter alternately with kefir. Mix gently until smooth.
2οΈβ£ Make the Cream Cheese Filling
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy and smooth. Set aside.
3οΈβ£ Assemble the Dessert

Sprinkle nuts evenly over the batter.
Gently spread the cream cheese filling on top.
Cover with remaining chocolate batter.

Heat cream until warm (not boiling).
