Chicken and Vegetable Stir-fry

This chicken and vegetable stir-fry is a quick, healthy, and delicious recipe. Perfect for a balanced meal, it combines tender chicken with crunchy vegetables in a light soy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 500g of chicken breast (in strips)
  • 2 carrots (julienned)
  • 1 red bell pepper and 1 green bell pepper (cut into strips)
  • 1 zucchini (thinly sliced)
  • 1 onion (julienned)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of low-sodium soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients : Wash and cut all the vegetables and the chicken.
  • Cook the chicken : In a pan with hot oil, brown the chicken strips and set them aside.
  • Sauté the vegetables : In the same pan, sauté the garlic and add the onion, peppers, and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the zucchini : Cook for 3 more minutes and then add the chicken.
  • Add the soy sauce : Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve and garnish : Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy.

Notes

  • For a more oriental touch, add ginger and bean sprouts.
  • You can substitute the chicken with tofu or shrimp.
