This chicken and vegetable stir-fry is a quick, healthy, and delicious recipe. Perfect for a balanced meal, it combines tender chicken with crunchy vegetables in a light soy sauce.
Ingredients
- 500g of chicken breast (in strips)
- 2 carrots (julienned)
- 1 red bell pepper and 1 green bell pepper (cut into strips)
- 1 zucchini (thinly sliced)
- 1 onion (julienned)
- 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of low-sodium soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients : Wash and cut all the vegetables and the chicken.
- Cook the chicken : In a pan with hot oil, brown the chicken strips and set them aside.
- Sauté the vegetables : In the same pan, sauté the garlic and add the onion, peppers, and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
