- 250 grams of pasta
- 2 chicken breasts , cut into cubes
- 200 grams of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 small onion , chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain it.
- In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the chicken and cook until well browned.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
- Pour in the cream, mix well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta, mix everything together and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
