Enjoy some delicious baked meatballs, perfect for any occasion. Combined with cheese and potatoes, they’re an easy-to-prepare dish that everyone will love


Ingredients

  • 500g of ground meat
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 100g of grated cheese
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, cheese, salt, and pepper
  3. Form the meatballs with the mixture and place them on a baking tray.
  4. In another pot, cook the potatoes until tender. Drain and mix with parsley.
  5. Place the potatoes around the meatballs on the tray.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • The meatballs can be served with tomato sauce for extra flavor
  • For a healthier option, you can use ground turkey instead of beef.
