| Worcestershire sauce | 1 teaspoon |
| Dried thyme (optional) | 1 teaspoon |
| Onion, thinly sliced | 1 small |

Directions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape the mixture into 4 to 6 patties.
Step 3: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the patties for 2–3 minutes on each side, then place them in the prepared baking dish.
Step 4: Using the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, thyme (if using), salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Step 5: Pour the sauce evenly over the patties, cover the dish with foil, and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the beef reaches 160°F (71°C).
Step 6: Let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend beautifully.
