- In a large bowl, combine the milk, sugar, yeast, salt, oil and eggs.
- Gradually add the wheat flour, mixing until the dough begins to form.
- Transfer the dough to a clean surface and continue kneading, adding more flour as needed, until the dough is smooth and no longer sticks to your hands.
- Preparing the Filling:

- Prepare the ground beef as usual and set aside.
- Slice the tomatoes thinly and grate the cheese of your choice.

- After the dough has rested and doubled in size, divide it into 100 gram portions.
- Roll out each portion with a rolling pin until you get a thin circle.
- In the center of each circle, add a tablespoon of cottage cheese, ground meat, a slice of tomato and grated cheese.
- Close the pastry, joining the edges and pressing to seal.
- Breading:
- Brush the top of each pastry with egg yolk.
- Sprinkle generously with breadcrumbs.

- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Bake the pastries for approximately 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
