Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
4 small potatoes, peeled and diced
1 small white onion, chopped
1 cup shredded carrots
3 cups beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp minced garlic
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
Directions:
Brown the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and transfer the beef to the crockpot.
Add the Vegetables: To the crockpot, add the diced potatoes, chopped onion, and shredded carrots.
Mix the Soups: In a separate bowl, combine the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the crockpot.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the vegetables are tender.
