For 4 servings:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color and flavor)

  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley or Italian seasoning (optional for garnish)

  • Baking dish (9×13 inch recommended)

  • Mixing bowl

  • Spoon or spatula

  • Aluminum foil (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

🔹 Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).


🔹 Step 2: Prepare the Chicken

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.

  • If the breasts are thick, you can pound them slightly to even thickness for more uniform cooking.


🔹 Step 3: Make the Topping

In a medium bowl, mix together:

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper
