Ingredients:

For the meatballs:

• 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (or a mix of beef and pork)

• 1 cup cooked spinach (squeezed dry and chopped)

• 3 garlic cloves, minced

• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

• 1 large egg

• 1 tsp Italian seasoning

• Salt and black pepper, to taste

For stuffing:

• 6–8 small cubes of mozzarella cheese (fresh or low-moisture)

For serving:

• 1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil (for pan-frying)

• Extra grated Parmesan

• Fresh parsley, chopped//.
