Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 30 to 40 g of grated cheese
  • 15 g of psyllium
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (Royal type)
  • Vegetable oil for greasing your hands
  • A little sesame

Preparation method:

In a bowl, mix well the eggs, salt, grated cheese, psyllium and yeast.

Grease your hands with vegetable oil to make it easier to handle the dough and shape the mixture into balls.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Sandwich filling:

    • Grated Japanese cucumber or pickles
    • Grated garlic
    • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of cream or yogurt

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients until smooth.

Then cut the rolls in half, fill them with the mixture and enjoy!
