Preparation Method
Preparing the Dough:

- Add the yeast, sugar and salt, mixing well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing first with a spoon and then kneading with your hands.
- Knead the dough for about 3 minutes, until it is soft and no longer sticks to your hands.
- Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Preparing the Filling:
- Cook the potatoes until tender, then drain and mash them into a purée.
- Add the butter, grated cheese, green onion, salt, and pepper, mixing well. Let cool before filling.

- Divide the dough into 12 equal parts and shape into balls.
- Using a rolling pin, roll out each ball into discs approximately 20 cm in diameter.
