Ingredients:

    • 130g rolled oats (gluten free)
    • 120ml hot water
    • 1 apple, chopped, with skin
    • 2 eggs
    • 120g lactose-free natural yogurt
    • 3 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder (Royal)
  • 100g raisins
  • ½ cup soy milk

Preparation method:

In a bowl, place the oats and pour the hot water over them. Mix well and let sit for 5 minutes to soften.

Meanwhile, cut the apple into cubes, leaving the skin on to make the most of the nutrients.

After the oats have rested, add the yogurt and eggs and mix well.

Then add the raisins, chopped apple and vanilla essence, mixing until everything is incorporated.

Add the soy milk and stir a little more.

Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently.

Grease a pan with butter or oil and pour the dough into it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden.

Remove from the oven, let it cool a little and it’s ready to serve!
