Creamy Fruit Salad

 

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 cup of strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup of mixed fruit (optional)
  • ½ cup of condensed milk
  • ½ cup of cream or yogurt

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut all the fruit as indicated.
  2. Mix the condensed milk with the cream or yogurt until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  3. In a large bowl, place all the chopped fruit.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the fruit and stir gently.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Add a little lemon juice to prevent the fruit from oxidizing.
  • Use firm fruits to maintain the texture.
  • Try using Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
