Ingredients

  • 1 kg of beef
  • 200g of ham
  • 150g of cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the chopped ham, cheese, eggs, onion, and garlic.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs. Mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into a roll and wrap it in aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. Remove from the oven, remove the foil and brown for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Let cool before cutting into portions.

  • Vegetables can be added to the filling according to preference.
  • Serve with a sauce of your choice for an extra touch of flavor.
