  • 4 teaspoons unflavored, sugar-free gelatin
  • 200 ml of hot water
  • 2 tablespoons of whey protein (or powdered milk, if you prefer)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation method:

In a bowl, mix the gelatin with the hot water until completely dissolved.

Add the whey protein (or milk powder) and mix well until incorporated.

Add the cocoa powder and mix until you get a smooth cream.

Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until the candies are firm.
