Broccoli and Egg Bake

Preparation
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the broccoli florets and cook for 2 minutes, then carefully drain well.
- Grease your baking dish with a little butter, covering the bottom evenly.
- Spread the drained broccoli in an even layer across the dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs with salt and black pepper until smooth.
- Add in the sour cream or yogurt and mix well.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the broccoli in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the grated Suluguni cheese on top, ensuring it covers the mixture nicely.
Baking
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Bake the dish for 20–25 minutes, or until the egg is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a minute or two before serving hot.
Notes
This dish can be served warm right out of the oven or chilled as a snack. Try adding fresh herbs, hot sauce, or cherry tomatoes for extra flavor.
