Step #1: Shrink Open Skin Pores
This is an ice cube treatment that you can do daily in the morning or at night before going to bed.
Ingredients:
- 3 spoons of cooked rice
- 3 spoons of rose water
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 spoon of potato juice
Instructions:
- In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend them well.
- Transfer this mixture to a clean tray and freeze it.
- Take one ice cube and massage it daily on your face.
Note: If you are not comfortable with ice, transfer the mixture to a clean bottle and use it daily as a serum.
Step #2: Face Pack for Glowing Skin
This is a super refreshing face pack that you can use 2 times a week.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cucumber
- Fuller’s earth powder
Instructions:
- Take half a banana and half a cucumber and blend them well in a blender.
- Add Fuller’s earth powder to the mixture until you get a smooth paste.
- Apply this pack to your clean face.
- Let it dry for 15 minutes and then wash it off.
Step #3: Skin Brightening Serum
This is a homemade vitamin C serum made with fresh orange peels. For best results, use this serum daily, 2 times a day after washing your face.
Ingredients:
- Fresh orange peels from 2 oranges
- 1 and 1/2 cups of water
- 4-5 drops of vitamin E oil
Instructions:
- Take fresh orange peels from 2 oranges and add them to the water.
- Put the water on heat and let it boil for 10 minutes.
- Let it cool down and strain the water.
- Add 4-5 drops of vitamin E oil to this water, and your serum is ready.
- Transfer this to a clean, dark-colored bottle, and the serum is ready for use.
