  • 8 g of salt
  • 450-500 g wheat flour

For the spinach filling (can be substituted with kale):

  • 50 g butter
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 2 large onions, finely chopped
  • 200 g spinach, finely chopped
  • 6 g of salt
  • 5 g red pepper
  • 5 g black pepperPreparation method:
      1. Preparing the Dough:
        • Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add the salt.
        • Gradually add the flour until you have a smooth dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
        • Knead well and let it rest for a few minutes to ferment slightly.
      2. Preparing the Filling:
        • In a pan, sauté the onions in butter and oil until they become transparent.
        • Add the chopped spinach and spices, cooking until the spinach softens and the flavors blend.

        • Divide the dough into 12 equal parts.
