  • 1 tsp paprika or red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric (optional, for color)
  • 1 egg (for binding) — optional, see note below
  • 3–4 tbsp breadcrumbs (add more as needed)
  • Salt to taste
