2-Ingredient Orange Cream Dessert
Ingredients:
400 ml chilled heavy cream (or whipping cream)
1 packet (around 85 g) orange-flavored gelatin powder (like Jell-O)
(You can also use any flavor you like — mango, lemon, or strawberry!)
Instructions:
Prepare the gelatin mixture:
In a medium bowl, pour 1 cup (240 ml) of hot water.
Add the orange gelatin powder and stir well until fully dissolved.
Let it cool slightly (room temperature — not set).
Whip the cream:
In another bowl, pour in the chilled heavy cream.
Beat it using a hand mixer until it forms soft peaks (creamy but not stiff).
Combine:
Gradually pour the cooled gelatin mixture into the whipped cream.
Mix gently using a spatula or low-speed mixer until smooth and uniform.
Pour & chill:
Pour the creamy mixture into a glass container or dessert dish (like in the picture).
Smooth the top.
Sprinkle chocolate shavings or sprinkles on top (optional).
Refrigerate:
Chill for 4–6 hours, or until firm and set.
Serve:
Scoop and enjoy your creamy, airy orange mousse! ✨
Tips:
For a lighter texture, fold in a little whipped topping instead of heavy cream.
Want it richer? Add a tablespoon of condensed milk before mixing.
