130 days apart 😭😭 38 lbs down.
My starting weight was 188! For the first 2 months I actually did the carnivore diet. In the morning I would eat eggs and sausage or bacon and then I didn’t eat for lunch and then for dinner it would be my biggest meal of the day and it was normally steak and eggs and very limited dairy and lots of water.
I got sick of that after a few months and decided to switch more towards high protein low-carb. So now I fast for 16 hours every night! I normally don’t eat past 730pm and I have a small breakfast around 11! I have been doing a drink called Unicity( Feel great system) for the last two months.
You drink two packets a day in water and then you take a balance packet before your largest meal of the day. I have noticed a lot of inflammation has gone away in my stomach and my face since starting that..
I also was doing the 75 hard challenge so I cut out coffee and alcohol. I’m doing 245 minute workouts a day one inside and one outside. So normally an outdoor run in an indoor Pilates.
I’m a photographer so I’m editing all the time so I have my walking pad under my desk and I walk while I’m editing. So I probably get anywhere from 10 to 12,000 steps a day!
That’s about what i’ve been doing daily since january!
