Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 50 g of walnuts (or chestnuts)
  • 2 apples
  • 50 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Preparation method:

Grind the oats in a blender or food processor until you get a fine flour. Then, repeat the process with the walnuts (or chestnuts), combining the two flours.

Cut the apples into quarters, remove the seeds and core, and process in a blender or food processor until pureed. Add 50 ml of water to make it easier.

Now, combine the applesauce with the flours. Stir well until you have a smooth dough. Add the melted butter and mix again.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, shape the cookies into round shapes (similar to hamburgers) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
