2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest (optional but great flavor!)

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper — to taste

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Optional: 1 tbsp butter for richer flavor

1️⃣ Prep Shrimp

Pat dry the shrimp with a paper towel

Season lightly with salt, pepper & paprika
2️⃣ Cook

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat

Add garlic → sauté 30 seconds (don’t let it burn)

Add shrimp & oregano → cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink
3️⃣ Finish with Flavor

Add lemon juice & zest

Toss to coat evenly

Add parsley & remove from heat
