Ingredients:

– 8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice

– 2 ripe avocados

– 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

– 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

– 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

– 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.

2. In a large bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.

3. Add the chopped basil, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese to the bowl.

4. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the avocado mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and gently toss until everything is well combined.

6. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve chilled.
